About
Hawa Gabriel is the founder and owner of Bintumani Management LLC. Dynamic, innovative, and collaborative with
a sharp ability to identify and solve problems, Hawa brings nearly 20 years of experience within the Nursing field. Having worked as a Healthcare Facility Inspector for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Healthcare, Safety and Quality. She has been a change agent in guiding healthcare organizations to cost effectively optimize the delivery of ideal healthcare. Hawa has an in-depth knowledge of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid services, which has aided to support numerous healthcare facilities in launching and maintaining the mandatory federal and state guidelines needed to sustain the mission of exemplary patient health outcomes.
A native of Boston, she received her undergraduate Nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Hawa also received her Master of Public Administration from the Metropolitan College of New York in 2017. In her free time, Hawa enjoys paying it forward by engaging in social action activities that alleviate poverty, remove the stigma of mental health, advance education, the environment, and economic empowerment. She is also a part-time adjunct Nursing faculty clinical instructor at Quincy College in Quincy, MA. Hawa has also participated in a 2-week medical mission trip to Johannesburg, South Africa in 2021.
